Nanjing House

We designed this sleek and luxurious update to a historic 1920’s Min Guo villa in Nanjing China, completely rebuilding the crumbling shell, restoring the landmarked exterior facades while making contemporary interiors within with Andre Kikoski. Our strategy showcases beautiful natural materials, subtle textural accents, warm inviting palettes, and exquisite furnishings. We especially love the view from the living room to the garden, lavishly landscaped with flowering Magnolia and Cherry trees, black Bamboo, indigenous aromatic plants and of course a Koi pond. We are thrilled to create such a warm and inviting space for an equally elegant and kind family, who received us with tremendous hospitality and graciousness.
